Ingredients: Organic Pink Beans, Organic Black Beans, Organic Red Beans, Organic Pinto Beans, Organic White Navy Beans


Chili Soup Mix Recipe

Ingredients:

½ C Chili Soup Mix
1 lb meat or meat substitute
1 medium onion, chopped fine
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 15oz can tomato sauce
1 28oz can crushed tomato
1½ Tbsp chili powder
2 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp cayenne (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Soak beans for 8 hours. Sauté onion in olive oil in 1 gallon pot. Add meat or meat substitute and cook. Drain off excess oil if present. Add drained beans and all other ingredients. Bring to a boil then simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally until done. Enjoy!

Rainbow Bean Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1½ C Rainbow Soup Mix
1 C onions, chopped
1 C celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 C tomatoes, chopped
½ C parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp herbs of choice, finely chopped
2 quarts broth or water
2 Tbsp oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
Soak beans for 4-8 hours. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in pot. Add carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Sauté until aromatic. Add water or broth and the drained beans. Bring to a boil. Simmer for about 1.5 hours. Add tomatoes, simmer 20 more minutes. Season with salt, top w/ fresh herbs.
